Individual Registration (Read Me)

Before registering with the My Soldier program, we ask that you consider making a voluntary contribution of $10 per registration to help us defray the costs of the program.

If you would like to register for a Starter Kit that includes a My Soldier hat, please send us a donation of $14. Hats are also available individually for $4. 

You can use a credit card to donate by using the form below. Or donate by check (checks made payable to Manhattanville College; send to: Manhattanville College, My Soldier Department, 2900 Purchase Street, Purchase, NY 10577). Be sure to include a your name, address, phone number and a note stating that you want your gift to go to My Soldier. Please note there is no form for you to complete. Based upon the amount donated we mail out the appropriate contents with your starter kit.

If you want to participate in the program, but are not able to make a donation, please write us a requesting a free kit. Be sure to include your postal mailing address.
